Our Delivery and Returns Policy



We don’t mess around with long drawn out delivery charges and postal exclusions we make it clear and simple for you as a customer.




Due to the premiums we receive from third party carriage companies we are forced to charge a flat £40 fee for delivery to Scotland and Northern Ireland.


Delivery and Returns Policy


How do we deliver your purchase?


Your order will be delivered in 2 to 10 days for stock items or up to 30 days for special orders.

Express Delivery can be arranged if required, please contact the store for details.


Local Deliveries.


If local, within a 30 mile radius of our Leamington Store, our own delivery drivers will deliver to you and they will deliver to the room of your choice.

If required, the delivery team will assemble the items upon delivery.


Non-Local Deliveries.


If your delivery address is located outside the 30 mile radius to our Leamington Store then delivery of your product(s) is generally carried out by third party carriers who will deliver to the most easy accessible ground floor entrance on your premises.

Please note that if you live in a block of flats or in a basement premises, your product(s) will only be delivered to the most easily accessible ground floor entrance of the building which may not be your specific within the building or basement.

Please also note that carrier personnel cannot, and will not, enter your premises, or any building leading to your premises. They are also unable to assemble your new product(s) or dispose of the old ones.

Our Returns Policy.


If, for whatever reason you want to return the goods purchased the we would ask, in the first instance, that you make contact with our Leamington Store.


Then, in accordance with EU Law:-


Your intention to return an item/s should be made clear to us within 14 days, starting on the day after you received the item/s.

To make things easy for you you may download our Returns Form or contact us directly here to give us details of the return.


The cost of returning the items will be met by you.

You then have 14 calendar days, starting on the day after you notified us of your intention to return, to send the item/s back to our Leamington Store.

Once the item/s are received by us we will issue a refund.

The address for returns is detailed on the returns form and is also available at the bottom of this page.


Damaged / faulty goods?


If you feel your purchase is in an unsatisfactory condition when it is delivered then you can refuse the delivery and speak to our Sales Team on the number provided above to discuss your refund.


If you are not present at the time of delivery?


If you have arranged for the goods to be delivered when you are not present and subsequently discover a fault then we would ask you to notify us and email photographic evidence of the fault you have discovered if possible.

Once this is agreed please follow our Returns Policy outlined above.


How long will the refund take to be processed?

Once the process of returning the item/s has been completed we will initiate a refund that should be in your desired account within 7 days.
